Orders and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Payment is due at the time of purchase. An order is accepted once you receive an order confirmation.
Products
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Hand-painted, handmade and individually finished books are created by hand. Small variations between copies are therefore normal and are part of the unique nature of these editions rather than defects.
Signed and Personalised Books
Books may be offered signed, personalised or with a custom inscription. Products individually personalised at a customer's request, including books inscribed with a requested name or personal message, may be excluded from cancellation or return rights where permitted by applicable law.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship physical products to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia only.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is complete and correct.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may be affected by postal services, customs procedures or circumstances outside our control.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge.
Returns and Cancellations
Returns, cancellations and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns except where stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy or required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Intellectual Property
Book content, artwork, illustrations, cover designs and other original material sold or displayed through this store are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual-property rights to the purchaser.
